All original garment packaging, tags and security ribbons must still be intact and attached to returned items. Garment Tags must not be damaged, torn, bent or have any sweat/makeup or any form of discoloration.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Please ensure your name and address information or order number is included in order for us to properly process your return.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use (deodorant stains, perfume scents, etc). Please note that all items are checked under a UV Forensic lighting source for body fluids and cosmetic stains. Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, perfume scents or wash will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Product colors may vary slightly when seen on a device due to photography lighting conditions and the customer's screen color calibration. It is the customers responsibility to contact us for questions regarding additional item details.
